Warranty support

Manufacturer warranties protect qualifying products under their own terms. We help make the claim path clear and stay involved while the manufacturer reviews it.

Manufacturer warranty terms

Products sold by Ember & Plunge will carry the applicable written warranty offered by their manufacturer. Coverage periods, covered components, labor allowances, exclusions, registration requirements, and remedies differ by product. Review the product-specific warranty before purchase and keep your order records.

How we help

If a product develops a potential covered issue, contact us with the order information, installation date, a clear description, photos or video, and any troubleshooting already completed. We will help gather the information the manufacturer requires and facilitate communication. The manufacturer makes the final coverage decision and typically chooses the remedy allowed by its warranty.

Common limitations

Warranty coverage commonly excludes ordinary wear, cosmetic variation, improper assembly or installation, incorrect electrical or plumbing work, neglect, unauthorized modification, commercial use of a residential product, chemical damage, freezing, poor water balance, and damage caused by weather or site conditions. Exact exclusions are set by each manufacturer.

Freight damage is separate

Damage that occurs in transit is handled through the freight-damage process, not the product warranty. Inspect shipments on arrival and report visible or concealed freight damage within the stated window.

No independent warranty created

Unless expressly stated in writing at purchase, Ember & Plunge does not provide a separate product warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our role is to support the process, not to rewrite a manufacturer's coverage.
